P.M. coordinates all phases of the project and can supervise the work of the other companies involved in the project. For example, P.M. was recently responsible for ensuring that the construction works and electrical and plumbing system of a new hotel in accordance with the technical plan supplies by the client. P.M. also coordinates all phases of delivery and installation, including consolidation of merchandise, freight forwarding and all documentation pertinent to overseas shipments.
